VIP Table Wristbands
If you have purchased a VIP table, you can stop by the Welcome Center at 68 Main Street in downtown Senoia to pick up your VIP table wristbands beginning on Thursday, May 25th. During the week before Memorial Day Weekend, the Welcome Center will be open Tuesday, 05/23, through Friday, 05/26, from 11-3 and on Saturday, 05/27, from 10-4.
Eight (8) wristbands will be provided per VIP table. You will be responsible for distributing wristbands to those sitting at your table. Any VIP ticket purchasers who do not pick up their wristbands before the event can do so at the DDA tent, near the VIP area at the event. You will need either the e-ticket provided via email when you purchased your ticket, or the name, address and contact phone number or email address used when VIP table was purchased online.
Parking
Parking is available in all the public areas of the city, and at the old Ball Fields and Senior Center on Howard Rd.
VIP Golf Cart Parking
For those purchasing VIP Table Bundles with Golf Cart Parking - we have very limited space for golf cart parking in close proximity to the VIP tent area. Last year, we ran out of space due to the large number of 6 and 8 person golf carts and a few side-by-side carts. To ensure fairness for all and and to also ensure we have space for everyone who purchases a golf cart parking pass, we have the following parking restrictions:
- Side by Side ATV’s will not be allowed to use VIP golf cart parking.
- Golf carts larger than 4 seaters will only be allowed one VIP golf cart parking permit.
- VIP golf cart parking will close at 9 pm and not reopen until the firework show is over.
- VIP golf cart parking will be accessed via the cart path on Howard Rd and passes will be checked at entry.
VIP Golf Cart parking area is accessed via the cart path on Howard Road adjacent to the old ball fields.
VIP golf cart passes will include your name, the ticket package you purchased, and a QR code that will be scanned when you enter.
Handicap and Sponsor VIP Parking Area
Handicap and Sponsor VIP Parking will be in the library parking lot at 148 Pylant Street, Senoia, GA. Valid passes will be required for entrance. The entrance to Pylant St at GA-16/Wells Street will be closed as will the entrance to Pylant Street at the intersection of Morgan Street, only vendors and valid passes will be allowed.

Event Sponsorship Opportunities
The Senoia Memorial Day Celebration is one of the biggest local events of the year. There will be thousands of visits to the event page on our website, thousands of views on our social media pages, and hundreds of your local friends and neighbors attending the event in person. Not only can you support this event, you can get your business name in front of the huge audience we expect both online and in person at the event.
Sponsors will also be invited to provide promotional materials to be included in each of the VIP table "welcome kits".

Coolers are not permitted. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the park grounds.
There is a paid VIP area, but the rest of the park is open for the public to enjoy.

We have a wide variety of food trucks coming to Memorial Day this year! Lots of options between sweet and savory trucks. So far, these are the food trucks that will be attending our Memorial Day event:
